Seasonal Vegetable Pork Ribs Soup

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water to remove the blood.

Tips:
1. The lotus root will not turn black if soaked in light salt water for a while.
2. The order and time of putting vegetables should be controlled. The lotus root is the hardest to cook, so put it first, and lettuce and corn are the easiest to cook, so put it last.
3. The taste of what you eat in small pots is as light as possible, and try not to put any MSG.
4. It is not recommended to add water in the middle of the soup, so add enough water at the beginning.
