All raw materials are ready as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.

Add pork belly and stir-fry until the meat is oily.

Pour in the fragrant dried and stir-fry well.

Pour in the cabbage gang and stir well.

Add oyster sauce to enhance flavor and toning.

Add the right amount of hot water and cover the pot for a minute or two.

Add green pepper, sprinkle a little chicken bouillon, stir-fry well, and serve.
Tips:
1. Both dried fragrant and oyster sauce have saltiness, so this dish does not require additional salt.
2. This is a fast-handed dish that needs to be stir-fried throughout the entire process.
3. The big green peppers are easy to cook, and the frying time is long, and the color and crispness are poor. Therefore, it is recommended to put them before they are out of the pan.
