Seaweed and Egg Soup
1.
Dried seaweed is soaked in boiling water at about 60 degrees.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid.
3.
After the water is heated, add the seaweed and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
4.
Pour in the egg liquid.
5.
Add some sesame oil and salt
