Seaweed Meatballs and Egg Drop Soup

Wash the seaweed and put it in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water and a few slices of ginger.

Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.

Chop the lean meat, add some salt, sugar, soy flour, oil, seasoning, and set aside.

After the seaweed water is boiled, add the meatballs (spoon the chopped meat into meatballs with a spoon).

Add some salt to taste.

Break the eggs.

Tips:
After the egg is broken, when adding it to the soup, you need to add it and stir with chopsticks, otherwise the egg will clump up, and it will not be an egg flower.
