Seaweed and Loofah Lean Pork Soup

Scrape the skin of the loofah, wash it, and then cut it into slices.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, cut three slices of ginger and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the boiling pot, add the sliced meat and ginger to a boil, skim off the froth, and simmer for ten minutes.

After the lean meat is cooked, add the loofah and cook.

After the loofah is cooked, add the instant seaweed and cook.
6.
Add a small packet of instant seaweed seasoning powder and stir well.
7.
Pour in a few drops of sesame oil and boil it before serving.
