Seaweed and Winter Melon Tube Bone Soup

Boil the bones in a pot under cold water and wash them for later use.

Wash winter melon without peeling and cutting into large pieces.
3.
Wash the kelp knot and drain it for later use.
4.
Press the cold water on the bones in a pressure cooker over a medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
5.
After the boiled tube bones are released, open the lid, add winter melon and kelp knots, continue to press for about 5 minutes on medium and low heat, and season with a little salt before cooking.
6.
Finished product.
