Seaweed Braised Pork Ribs

                                Prepare raw materials;

                                Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add rock sugar and stir fry;

                                Tips: 
                                1. Spare ribs and kelp knots should be soaked in water in advance: In order to soak the blood powder contained in the spare ribs; the kelp generally has a salty taste when bought, and needs to be soaked;
 2. For frying sugar, use rock sugar, add a little oil and stir-fry slowly until it melts into a brown-red color, then add ribs and stir fry for color;
 3. After the ribs are fried and colored, add the aniseed and stir fry to stimulate the aroma of the aniseed. Then add some cooking wine to remove the smell;
 4. Put the stir-fried kelp ribs into a rice cooker and cook. Finally, add some salt and seasonings and mix well.
