1. Pour a large bowl of water in the hot pot, then pour the beef bone soup, add the kelp, dried tofu and green onion knot
2. After boiled on high heat, skim the froth, put in the lard, turn to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes
3. After 15 minutes, add salt and pepper, mix well, remove the onion knots, add MSG and mix well.
There is no beef bone soup, you can use broth or other soup instead.
