Winter Chowder

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Put the lard in a hot pan.

3. Add minced garlic and carrots to fragrant.

4. Stir-fry the carrots until softened.

5. Add the pork and fry until the color changes.

6. Add green and red peppers and salt, and stir-fry the salt.

7. Add kelp, tomatoes, and cabbage, stir and stir well over high heat.

8. Pour in water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes on high heat.

9. When the juice is almost harvested, season with light soy sauce.
