Seaweed Fish Cake with Boiled Tofu

Prepare the ingredients: kelp, tofu, fish cakes.

Kelp is foamed in advance until soft and cut short; tofu is cut into small pieces and soaked and drained; fish cakes are cut into small pieces; ginger is shredded.

Boil water and put the seaweed on high heat and turn to medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add fish cakes and turn to high heat to boil.

Add tofu and continue cooking together.

In the meantime, stir well and add ginger shreds.

Add an appropriate amount of Himalayan salt, a pinch of pepper and sesame oil, and finally add a thin starch to turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. Kelp needs to be soaked for about 20 minutes in advance. 2. Cut the fish cakes into small pieces after thawing. 3. It is better to cut the tofu for the soup. 4. Don't add too much water when cooking. 5. Adding chopped green onion when drinking it tastes better.
