Seaweed Frozen Tofu

1. The salted fresh kelp root is washed off the surface salt, cut into wide strips, soaked in water for more than half an hour, and the water can be changed once in the middle, which can effectively remove the salt.

2. Add water to the soaked kelp and cook for about 10 minutes.

3. Prepare frozen tofu.

4. Chopped green onion and ginger, pork slices.
