Seaweed Pork Floss Rolls

Prepare materials.

Put the egg liquid and water into the bread machine, then add sugar, salt, and finally dry yeast, and start mixing for 10 minutes.

After the dough is mixed, let it rise for 60 minutes. When you see that the dough has grown to 2.5 times, you can.

Put pork floss in the bowl and dip the pork floss on both sides of the bread coated with salad dressing.
Tips:
1. The water-sprayed plastic wrap can prevent the bread from cracking, so that the bread rolls well.
2. Try not to compact it when rolling, otherwise the taste is not soft enough.
3. Don't put the finished pork floss rolls in the refrigerator, otherwise the bread will taste hard.
4. Scallions are best to choose small scallions, sprinkle it will look better and fragrant.
5. The flavor is better with seaweed and pork floss.
