Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Cut the two ribs into small pieces and soak them in clean water for one to two hours. You can change the water several times in the middle to soak out the blood in the ribs.

Dried kelp is fully soaked in water, washed with starch water, then cut into sections, and kelp knotted for later use. It can be cut into small pieces without knotting.

Cut the ginger into slices, cut the green onions into sections, and clean the peppercorns for later use.

Put cold water in the pot, then put the ribs in the pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a few slices of ginger, and a few peppers to remove fishy.

First boil on high heat until it boils, then turn to medium heat and cook for two minutes to remove the boiled foam.

Pour the blanched ribs and kelp into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add sliced ginger and green onions.

Add a proper amount of water to the electric pressure cooker, pour a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of white vinegar, and start the soup cooking program. A little white vinegar will not make the soup sour, but it can release the calcium in the ribs.

Tips:
1. The ribs must be soaked in advance to remove part of the blood.
2. When the ribs are blanched, they must be in a cold water pot to drain the impurities and remove the fishy smell. At the same time, the cooked soup will be more refreshing and delicious.
