Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

1. Two ribs, chop into pieces, wash, put in boiling water, and defoam.

2. Some kelp, soak in water, then cut into long strips.

3. Slice ginger and set aside.

4. Wash the soup pot and set aside.

5. Pour the boiled ribs and boiling water into the soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add sliced ginger, turn to medium and low heat and continue cooking for about half an hour.

6. After boiling, add the kelp, turn the heat to a boil; turn the heat to a simmer. Determine the degree of boiling kelp according to personal taste, just add a little salt before turning off the heat.
Tips:
If you are afraid of getting tired, you can use less ribs and more kelp. Kelp is very nutritious and can be eaten in summer, which is good.
