Seaweed Pork Soup
1.
Wash the lean meat, peel the corn, and soak the dried seaweed.
2.
Put water in the pot and put the corn kernels in.
3.
Then add the seaweed shreds and bring to a boil.
4.
While cooking the soup, slice the lean meat, add some salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and cooking oil to marinate.
5.
When the soup in the pot has boiled for 5 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
6.
Then put the meat slices in the pot, don't stir it up in a hurry, when the soup in the pot rolls, the meat slices will naturally mature.
7.
Just add the chopped green onion before eating and you can start enjoying it.
Tips:
After the meat slices are put in the pot, don't stir them in a hurry. Let the surface of the meat gelatinize first, which can better seal the gravy and taste it fresh and tender.
