Seaweed Rice

Cut cucumber and carrot into small strips, spread an egg into egg skins, and cut into strips.

Slice the apple and mix well with salad dressing

Put a spoonful of black and white sesame and four spoons of rice with four spoons of apple cider vinegar on the braised rice that has been simmered with rice and glutinous rice. Spread it on the seaweed.

Cut the steamed sausage into strips, and place the cucumber strips, carrot strips, egg strips, and apple strips on the rice, respectively, and roll them into sushi rolls.

Tips:
I don’t have sushi vinegar at home, I use apple cider vinegar instead, it tastes great!
