Seaweed Rice

Spread the simmered rice evenly on the seaweed. When spreading the rice, put less water on your hands to prevent stickiness.

Cut cucumbers, carrots, large roots, and ham into short strips and place them on top of the spread rice.

Sprinkle some pork floss and squeeze some salad dressing.

Drag the seaweed to the edge of the bamboo curtain and slowly roll it up.

Tighten the bamboo curtain after all the rolls are rolled up to make the seaweed wrapped rice tighter.

The rolled seaweed rice is cut into small pieces with a sharp knife.
