Seaweed Rice

Ingredients: rice, red bean paste, egg, cucumber, carrot, Korean chili sauce, seaweed, sushi curtain.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Put oil in the pan and heat it up. Pour in the egg liquid and spread evenly into egg skins.

Cut the carrot, cucumber and egg skins into shreds and set aside.

To mix the red bean paste into the rice, I used half of the red bean paste and half of the white rice.

Take out a piece of seaweed and spread it on the sushi curtain.
7.
Spread the rice on the seaweed.
8.
Put Korean hot sauce and carrot cucumber egg shreds.
9.
Roll it up with a sushi curtain and pinch it back and forth several times.
10.
Cut it into small pieces with a knife and load it on a plate.
