Seaweed Rice
1.
Spread the seaweed on the bamboo curtain, and then layer the rice (the spoon for pressing the rice is best dipped in water, so it’s easier to press)
2.
Spread some ketchup on the rice (you don’t need to apply it, I made both)
3.
Put lettuce, crab sticks and ham sticks in order
4.
Then put carrot shreds and small whitebait
5.
Use bamboo curtains to roll up and compact the laver
6.
Sliced seaweed rice
