Ingredients: rice, seaweed, lettuce, crab sticks and ham sticks. Seasoning: tomato sauce. Method: 1. Spread the seaweed on the bamboo curtain, and then layer the rice (the spoon for pressing the rice is better to be dipped in water, so it is better to press). 2. Spread ketchup on the rice (you don't need to apply it, I made both).

3. Put lettuce, crab sticks and ham sticks in sequence;

4. Put carrot shreds and small whitebait again;

5. Use bamboo curtains to roll up and compact the laver rice;

6. Cut seaweed rice;
