Seaweed Rice Ball

Cucumber 🥒 carrot 🥕 diced

Serve the rice and seaweed, and stir to mix. Cut the ham sausage into small cubes (because I don’t have ham sausage anymore, I didn’t add it)

Add the diced cucumber and diced carrot to the chopped seaweed and rice, and stir. Add salt 🧂.

Spread a layer of seaweed on the plate and rub the ball \( ̄︶ ̄)/

If you like it cooked, you can wrap it in a layer of egg liquid and then fry it.
Tips:
I think it’s easy to rub the ball, but in fact, you must press hard when you rub the ball. Otherwise, Ta is loose and will disperse.
