Seaweed Salad

Dried kelp is fully foamed and cut into small strips;

Treat ginger, shallots and garlic well;

Wash the pot until it is heated and add appropriate amount of water. After the water is boiled, put the cut kelp in the pot and blanch for about one minute, remove it and quickly put it in cold water to cool thoroughly, remove it, and drain the water;

Put a proper amount of oil on the pot and put it on the fire. After the oil is hot, add ginger, green onion, garlic and stir fragrant;
5.
Pour step 4 onto the blanched kelp, add a spoonful of chopped chili, and mix well with some salt;
