Seaweed Salad

Soak the seaweed in advance

Cut the kelp into silk

Boil the pot with water, add the kelp and blanch it for 2-3 minutes, remove it and let it cool in cold water, remove it and place it in the basin.

I don’t like spicy food, so I don’t need to put chili oil
