Kelp is considered a vegetarian dish in seafood, but since I was a child, I like to eat it, which is rich in iodine and other trace elements. There are many ways to make it today. Let’s make a cold salad.

Seaweed Salad

1. I use dried kelp shreds, so I have to soak it for an hour or two in advance. The cut garlic may not be visible.
