Seaweed Salad

Wash the kelp and cut into small pieces. Boil water in a pot, add kelp and blanch for two minutes, remove and let cool for later use.

Chop garlic cloves into mashed garlic, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, and a small amount of sugar and stir evenly. Put oil in the pot, add dried chilies and fry them slightly, and pour them into the prepared seasoning.

Pour the seasoning into the kelp and mix well.
