Seaweed, Shrimp Skin and Meat Glutinous Rice Balls

Prepare fresh meat and mustard green onions, chop these ingredients into fillings for later use. Add a little soy sauce to enhance the taste according to your taste.

Add glutinous rice flour to warm water and knead well.

Wrap the chopped minced meat in the glutinous rice ball.

Put a fresh-keeping bag or other steamed cloth in the container, and put the wrapped glutinous rice balls one by one inside.

Add water to the pot to boil, and put the wrapped glutinous rice balls into the pot. Just cook until it rises.

Make a soup base according to personal taste. I use seaweed, shrimp skin and mustard soy sauce to make it, and then add boiling water.
7.
Finally, add the cooked glutinous rice balls.
Tips:
I personally feel that warm water is better than cold water when kneading glutinous rice.
