My little master’s mouth is getting more and more spoiled. Thinking of eating salty biscuits, I made this seaweed soda biscuits. The crushed seaweed and the strong fragrance of sesame are mixed together. It is really a memorable aftertaste!

Seaweed Soda Crackers

1. Fully soften the butter at room temperature and add sugar;

2. Add low-gluten flour;

3. Mix the butter with low powder and granulated sugar by hand, and knead it into corn-like coarse grains;

4. Add white sesame seeds and chopped seaweed to semolina;

5. After mixing the semolina flour with sesame seeds and seaweed, add the egg liquid to form a smooth dough;

6. Roll the dough into 3~4mm dough pieces, then use a cutting die to cut out the biscuits;

7. Move the cookies to the baking tray;

8. After the oven is preheated, put it in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
