Today I will make a seaweed pork slice soup, clear the heat and remove the greasy. The ingredients are relatively simple, the soup is easier to make, and the cooked soup is light and delicious. It is a good homemade soup!

Seaweed Soup

1. Ingredients: seaweed, moistened with water. Wash away the sand

2. Add ginger slices with water and bring to a boil

3. Lean meat slices, marinate with appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce and soy flour to taste, set aside

4. After the water boils, add seaweed

5. Then add the marinated meat slices

6. After cooking for 10 minutes, add some salt to taste

Tips:

1. Laver should be soaked and washed several times to remove the sand;
2. This soup only needs to be boiled for about 12 minutes, and it does not need to be boiled for too long.
