Liaoshen, also known as sea cucumber, usually lives on calm ocean currents, rocky reefs, or western sedimentary seabed. Its nutritional value is extremely high. It can invigorate kidney yin and Shengmaixue is a high-level tonic, which can increase immunity and prevent colds. I often make Liaoshen soup. Today I make Liaoshen seaweed soup. (Collapsed)

Seaweed Soup

1. Egg parsley seaweed ready

2. Put the oil in the pan and heat the eggs

3. Fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides and add water
