This soup is cooked in a pressure cooker, boiled soft seaweed, glutinous soybeans, tender pork ribs, everything is enjoyable in the mouth, and the delicious soup is even more satisfying. Oil-free processing, very healthy.

Ingredients

Seaweed Soy Pork Ribs Soup

1. Soak dried kelp in cold water in advance

2. Wash the soybeans and soak in cold water

3. Wash the ribs, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, blanch them in a boiling pot and remove the water to drain.

4. Soaked kelp back knife

5. Place the blanched ribs in the pressure cooker

6. Then put in the kelp

7. Put the soaked soybeans

8. Add green onion, ginger, aniseed, lemon slices

9. Add a proper amount of water and put the inner pot into the pressure cooker and turn on the power to adjust to the beauty soup.

10. After the pressure cooker is cooked and exhausted, add salt and white pepper and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy after 5 or 6 minutes

Tips:

1. The ingredients used with the ribs are selected according to personal preference.
2. Condiments should be added according to personal taste, and not too many types should be added.
