Seaweed Soy Pork Tail Soup

After washing the kelp, soak it in water to soften it, soak the soybeans in water or not, and wash the pigtails.

Boil a small pot of water, pour in the pigtails after boiling, blanch until the color-changing water boils, remove and rinse

Scrape the pig’s tail with a knife, pluck the pig’s hair with tweezers, and rinse again

Tear small pieces of kelp

Put all the ingredients into the pot, re-add enough water, boil to remove the foam, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours, I still transfer it to the purple casserole to simmer slowly

Just add some salt to taste before eating
