Seaweed Stewed Duck Soup

Old-fashioned ducks in the countryside are slaughtered, roasted, washed, and half cut into pieces.

Soak kelp in cold water, wash and shred.

Add water to the electric soup cooker, add the duck pieces, wash the ginger, smash it, and add it to the soup.

Remove the foam when the soup is boiling, and continue to simmer for 1 hour.

Add kelp and simmer for another hour.

Turn off the heat, add salt, chicken essence, and white pepper, mix well.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
