Seaweed Stewed Pork Bones

1. Prepare pork chops; cut into small pieces with a knife.

2. Soak the bleeding water in cold water and wash it off.

3. Soak dried kelp in cold water and rinse.

4. Cut the soaked kelp into small pieces and slice the ginger.

5. Put the pork bones in a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of cold water, and boil on high heat.
