Seaweed Tofu and Mushroom Soup

1. Wash the kelp and cut into small pieces

2. Wash the white mushrooms, soak the shrimp skins in water to remove the saltiness, and a piece of tofu

3. Cut white mushrooms into strips, mince green onions, and cut tofu into cubes

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped shallots

5. Add kelp and stir fry

Tips:
