Simple and convenient to lose weight

Seaweed Tofu Soup

1. Wash the kelp and cut the tofu into small pieces

2. Kelp in a pot of cold water, boil over high heat

3. After the seaweed soup is boiled, turn off the heat and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes

4. Put the tofu in and cook for five minutes

5. Add salt, chicken bouillon, and a little sugar just before it is out of the pot. Personal habit can ignore it.

6. It's out of the pot, taking a staple food is another meal

Tips:

I don’t like to drink soup, so I don’t use much water
