Seaweed Tofu Soup
1.
Cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it in water, boil for 3 minutes and remove.
2.
Rinse the removed tofu with cold water.
3.
Cut the soaked kelp into sections.
4.
Dice green onion and finely ginger.
5.
Lift the pot and add oil.
6.
Add green onions, ginger and kelp and stir well.
7.
Add tofu and stir-fry well.
8.
The prepared soup.
Tips:
Tofu must be blanched.
