I love all kinds of soups in winter. Pig's trotters soup contains a lot of collagen, which has the effect of skin care and beauty. A lot of kelp is added to make the soup not greasy at all. The soft and waxy kelp tastes particularly good. A delicious soup.

Seaweed Trotter Soup

1. The pig's feet are blanched first to remove blood and water impurities. Remember to put cooking wine in the water to remove the fishy.

2. After soaking the seaweed, cut into shreds and set aside

3. Put the blanched trotters into the electric pressure cooker, add ginger slices and dried peppercorns

4. Add salt, add some water

5. Follow the procedure for electric pot tendons

6. When the time is up, let it exhaust naturally and serve it.

Tips:

The pig's trotters must be blanched in advance to remove the blood water, and the soup will be more delicious;
The kelp should also be soaked in advance and soaked in warm water to make the finished product softer and waxy.
