Seaweed Trotter Soup

3.
Pork feet boil water.
4.
Sauté some ginger, garlic and star anise until fragrant, stir-fry the pork feet until golden.
5.
Put all the ingredients into the casserole and boil on the fire to remove the bubbles. Simmer on medium heat for about an hour.
6.
The soup is very fragrant.
Tips:
Add tomato soup to make it more fragrant! Most of my stews like to add tomatoes without peeling them.
