Seaweed Wishful Roll

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch, egg liquid, chopped green onion, and chopped ginger to the minced meat and stir well.

Break up the eggs and fry the egg skins over a low fire. I fry two egg skins with three eggs.

Spread the minced meat evenly on the egg skin, not too thick.

Tips:
Do not spread the minced meat too thick, otherwise it will not roll well.
Use low heat for omelette wrappers. If the egg wrappers are dark in color, they will not look good.
