Secret Duck Tongue

Pinch the duck tongue a few times with salt to remove impurities, wash and drain

Add salt, pepper, bay leaves, star anise, dried chili, and five-spice powder in a pan and sauté slowly

The salt is hot, a bit choking smell comes out, it's almost done, let it cool down naturally

Stir the cooled salt into the duck tongue, add green onion, ginger and cooking wine, mix well and seal and refrigerate for 2-3 days

After refrigerating the duck tongue, drain the water, place it on the baking tray and spread it on the top and bottom heat at 100 degrees. Bake for two hours. Remember to turn the duck tongue for about an hour.

The roasted duck tongue can be steamed in the pot after cooling naturally. Put water in the steamer, add green onion, ginger, and cooking wine to a boil
