Secret Grilled Ribs

Prepare all materials.

Wash the ribs and blanch them to remove any foam.

Put the washed ribs into the pot, add water, green onions, ginger, garlic, cumin, star anise, cloves, and yellow rock sugar in sequence.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl, and mix well.

Pour the seasoning into the pot.

Pour the old soup into the pot.

The soup should be under the ribs. After the high heat is boiled, simmer on a medium-low heat for 1 hour. Cook until the chopsticks can be easily inserted into the meat

Cover the baking tray with tin foil and apply a layer of oil on the tin foil.

Arrange the ribs on a baking tray, and sprinkle a little mixed herbs and HAMBURGER on the meaty side.

Tips:
1. Don't save the cinnamon powder in the seasoning, it can make the meat more fragrant.
2. Because the barbecue material contains salt, I didn't add salt to the seasoning.
3. There is no old soup for the first time, you can add more water and seasonings, and you must have no ribs.
4. Mixing vanilla and basil can use only one of them. There is no basil in the mixed herbs I used, and I like its taste better, so I added it.
5. If there is no HAMBURGER, you can use other barbecue materials instead, but the taste will be completely different.
6. Boil the pork ribs and let the soup cool. After filtering, save a bowl, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it for use as the old soup next time.
7. Each oven has its own temper, and the temperature of the barbecue is set according to the temperature suitable for its own oven.
