Secret Lard

🐷 Suet oil, wash and cut into pieces for later use

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot

Pour suet into the pot

Stir back and forth to evaporate water

The suet blocks slowly color, and after the water evaporates, light yellow oil is left! The layers of bubbles are beautiful

When the oil is getting more, you can take it out with a spoon and continue stirring

The oily residue is not shrinkable, it can be stored for later use, and it can be made into oily residue steamed buns.

The oil can be cooled slowly and can be put into a small bottle and kept under refrigeration

After cooling, the beautiful white lard is done
Tips:
The lard oil is added to make everything smaller to help produce oil! You must need water to make the oil white!
