Secret Refrigerated Noodles

All the ingredients are ready, cucumber, carrot, onion shredded, tomatoes

Unpack the cold noodles and put them in a basin, soak in cold water for 20 minutes.

Bring to a boil with cold water, put the soaked cold noodles in boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Put the cooked cold noodles in a container and cool with cold water for later use

Pour the cold noodle soup into a bowl + prepared mineral water (appropriate amount) + 2-3 spoons of sugar

+Ripe sesame seeds (appropriate amount, quantitative according to personal taste)

Put a few drops of freshly squeezed chili oil

Tips:
Don’t cook cold noodles for too long according to your taste. If you like soft noodles, you can cook it for a longer time!
