Prepare the materials

Prepare 35° hot water

Pour the water into step 2 and mix evenly, then cover with plastic film and ferment for 30 minutes

Take out the fermented noodles and place them on the panel for later use

Cut the fermented noodles into small strips and press the two together
7.
Put the twisted small noodles into the already burned oil and fry until golden brown.
Tips:
When kneading the flour, use 35° hot water to make the dough softer and taste good
