❶After washing the chicken legs and chicken steaks, use kitchen paper towels to dry as much as possible, use a knife to cut the surface of the chicken, and sprinkle a layer of sea salt and black pepper;

Put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. Be careful not to cover it with plastic wrap when marinating;

Before roasting, we took out the chicken, and the surface was very dry. Now you can brush a layer of olive oil with dill and chili powder. After brushing the oil, we also put some sliced butter cubes on the chicken thighs and chicken steaks;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the boneless chicken chops for 20 minutes, and the chicken legs for 40-50 minutes, and bake them until they are boneless. After preheating, you can put it in the oven;

You can brush the oil several times during the roasting process. Don’t worry that the chicken will be too oily, the oil will be forced out when roasting.

After brushing and turning over twice, our chicken chops are ready to be grilled! It takes 20 minutes to bake;

Following the same procedure, after another 20 minutes (about 45 minutes in total), the chicken thighs were also grilled!
Tips:
The core point of the whole practice is: never cover plastic wrap when marinating! Let the skin dry naturally in the refrigerator, which is the trick to roasting a crispy skin;

Cover with plastic wrap when marinating, and put some vegetables that are prone to water when roasting, which can keep the moisture of the ingredients.
