This is a baked bun. I originally wanted to make Wangzai small buns, but the child said it was too small and not enough to cram between his teeth. Okay, his teeth are a bit big, hahahaha

Sesame Baked Bun

1. Prepare the required materials and quantity

2. Find a clean bowl and put in low-gluten flour and baking powder

3. Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder evenly and set aside for later use

4. Find another large bowl, add water, corn oil and white sugar to fully dissolve the white sugar

5. Add the eggs and mix well, no need to beat

6. Pour the liquid into the flour

7. Use a silicone spatula to mix the flour and egg liquid evenly, or you can wear disposable gloves to grab a ball

8. Knead the dough smoothly and let it stand at room temperature for half an hour

9. Prepare a plate and pour 50 grams of white sesame seeds

10. Divide the dough into 5 g-sized pieces

11. Spread a small amount of water on the dough to stabilize the sesame seeds

12. Put all the dough in the baking tray in turn, spray a few drops of water on the steamed buns to prevent the sesame from falling off during the baking process

13. Put the sesame buns into the lower layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 165 degrees for 14 minutes

14. After roasting the sesame buns, take them out and let cool

15. Sesame buns are delicious with milk

Tips:

1. Knead the dough smoothly, no need to knead too much
2. The small dough can be steadily covered with sesame seeds by applying a proper amount of water
3. The temperature and time of the oven can be flexibly adjusted according to the common oven
