Tips:
1. The raw carob contains a saponin, which has hemolytic and toxic effects on the nervous system. Therefore, the beans cannot be eaten raw, they must be heated and cooked, and the saponin can be eaten only after the saponin is completely destroyed.
2. Add a small amount of oil to the water to make the beans green.
