Sesame Biscuits

Put the yeast in the water and mix well.

Add flour, knead into a smooth dough, use the oven fermentation function to ferment, set the time to 25 minutes. Because the biscuits are half-baked, the dough does not need to be fully-baked.

We will prepare the sesame paste filling next. Pour the sesame sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sesame oil into a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Take out the fermented dough, knead it for 2 minutes, and then roll it into a rectangle with a thickness of about 0.4cm. To prevent sticking, sprinkle some dry powder on the silicone pad.

Roll up from bottom to top, as tight as possible.
