Sesame Bread

Prepare the required materials

In addition to butter, add milk, eggs, flour in sequence, salt in one corner, sugar in one corner, and yeast in the middle. Start the kneading process for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add butter and start the kneading program and knead for 20 minutes

Just knead out the thick film and put it back in the bread machine to ferment for the first time

Take the noodles out of the bread machine to exhaust, knead a few more times and divide into 20 small portions. Cover with plastic wrap and proof for 20 minutes.

Put it in a baking tray and put it in the oven to ferment. Put a bowl of warm water in the oven to ferment. When it reaches 1.5 large, use a blade to cut it, either horizontally or vertically.

Put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven.
