Sesame Crisp

Prepare the required materials. Add the caster sugar to the egg whites and stir evenly by hand

Sift in low-gluten flour and stir well

Add white sesame seeds and stir well

Add corn oil in two portions and mix well

Pour the stirred sesame batter into the piping bag, and squeeze out a uniform circle on the baking tray. Put it in a preheated 170 degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
The freshly baked sesame biscuits are soft and will become crunchy after they are allowed to cool, so they can be kept tightly sealed.
