Sesame Crisp

Prepare ingredients: egg white, low-gluten flour, powdered sugar, corn oil, white sesame

Sift in low-gluten flour

Spread out on a non-stick baking pan with a small spoon

Tips:
1. If there is no powdered sugar, it can be replaced with soft white sugar. The sweetness depends on personal taste.
2. You can also use black sesame seeds, if you like
3. This amount can be baked for several pans, in addition, if it is a general baking pan, it is best to put a layer of grease paper or tin foil to prevent sticking
4. The temperature during baking can be adjusted according to the situation of your own oven
